I was introduced to chatwise by Delmae Bower a colleague from SBI, at first I thought, ok another chat program, whats so special about it. It is much more than a simple chat
program it is in essence a sales backend system that allows you to see your site visitors that return and are maybe looking for some information or possibly to buy something, it is engaging with people on a human level that have found you.
